For context, gold certification is granted for 500,000 units sold, while platinum is awarded for 1 million, multi-platinum for 2 million, and diamond for 10 million units.
In addition to its gold status in the United States, “Jump” has also garnered platinum certification from the Canadian music industry and single platinum recognition in France.
