BREAKING: Arc Beverly has officially opened its doors at 9800 Wilshire Blvd in Beverly Hills, offering a luxurious coworking and social club experience designed for today’s professionals. The space, overseen by Good City Studio’s David Gutstadt and Amanda Potter, aims to transform the traditional office environment into a vibrant hub for business leaders, influencers, and creatives.
This stunning facility spans 65,000 square feet and features private offices, collaborative workspaces, conference rooms, and two breathtaking rooftop terraces. With a focus on hospitality, Arc Beverly stands out among serviced workspaces through its dedicated culinary program directed by Victor Totoris, who is known for his innovative Argentine-inspired offerings.
Members will enjoy access to a range of amenities, including al fresco dining, in-house catering for events, and wellness activities. The menu boasts items like a chicken milanesa sandwich and skirt steak with chimichurri, all using locally sourced ingredients. This culinary experience sets Arc apart as a go-to venue for major events, from the NBA All-Star Weekend to the Oscars.
Transitioning from its previous operator, Spring Place, Arc Beverly has undergone extensive renovations to adapt to the evolving needs of its members, including tech companies with specific requirements. “We are building a place where people can work, network, and recharge,” explains Amanda Potter.
With the upcoming 2026 World Cup, 2027 Super Bowl, and 2028 Olympic Games on the horizon, Arc Beverly is poised to host major events, enhancing its appeal as a premium venue for both members and the public. The club is already witnessing a surge in interest, with inquiries up by 50% following closures of other premium coworking spaces in Los Angeles.
Membership tiers start at just $300 per month, granting access to all club amenities, including exclusive reciprocal privileges at over 70 clubs worldwide through partnerships with Sonato and Spring Place New York.
Arc Beverly’s vice president of club experience, Florence Granteral, describes the space as a “business incubator and private event venue,” catering to a diverse membership from beauty and fashion to finance and tech. The owner, Gores Group, occupies the third floor while accommodating a growing demand for coworking spaces.
The time is now for those seeking a dynamic work and social environment. As the demand for hybrid workspaces rises, Arc Beverly is set to redefine the landscape, making it a pivotal destination for Los Angeles’ elite.
Stay tuned for updates as Arc Beverly continues to evolve and expand its offerings in this competitive market.
