The Parsippany restaurant will be located at Troy Hills Shopping Center on 1117 Route 46, while the Cherry Hill establishment will find its home at Ellisburg Shopping Center on 1586 Kings Highway North. Additionally, a third Quickway Japanese Hibachi is in the works for West Orange Plaza in West Orange, according to Levin Management Corp, based in North Plainfield.
The menu features a variety of hibachi combos and sushi, all prepared fresh daily using homemade sauces. Notably, the food does not contain trans fats or MSG, catering to health-conscious customers.
