UPDATE: Wayne High School has secured a dramatic victory over Morris Knolls-Hills, winning 5-3 in the Ice Vault Classic held tonight at 8:00 PM at the Ice Vault Arena in Wayne. This thrilling match showcased Wayne’s strong performance, improving their record to 7-2.
Wayne jumped out to an early lead, scoring two quick goals in the first period. Morris Knolls, struggling with a 2-6 record, managed to respond with a goal from James Austro, but Wayne was relentless. The team fired back with two additional goals in the second period, extending their lead to 4-2.
