UPDATE: An Uxbridge, Massachusetts police officer has tragically died following a collision on Route 146 early this morning. The incident occurred at 12:40 a.m. while the officer was on duty assisting another driver on the northbound side of the highway.
Despite immediate lifesaving efforts by emergency responders, the officer succumbed to injuries sustained in the crash. Uxbridge Police confirmed the devastating news shortly after the incident, stating, “This is a devastating loss for our department and our community.”
