Reflecting on her experience, she noted, “When I got there and saw the people on the Strong team, they’re like literal Olympians, American Ninja Warriors, like people with guns.” Despite her initial apprehension, DiPette’s determination and strength proved vital in the competition, particularly when she completed 75 pushups in a tiebreaker round.
Throughout the filming process, which took place over 25 days in June and July, DiPette embraced her role in the competition. One of her proudest moments came when she was invited to guest emcee a significant challenge, although she humorously noted that the segment did not make the final cut of the show.
