UPDATE: In a shocking new development, Cher’s son, Elijah Blue Allman, was arrested again on Sunday in Windham, New Hampshire, just two days after facing charges for assault. According to reports from TMZ, Allman has been taken into custody for felony burglary after allegedly breaking into a home and causing significant damage.
Authorities report that on Sunday, Allman reportedly entered a residence where a female occupant was forced to hide in a closet for safety. Upon police arrival, they found Allman sitting nonchalantly on the living room couch, smoking a cigarette. No items appeared to be stolen, but the estimated damage includes $1,700 to the door and around $1,000 to a rug that was ruined after a lit cigarette was dropped on it.
Earlier on Friday, Allman faced multiple charges, including two counts of simple assault, criminal trespass, criminal threatening, and disorderly conduct. This incident occurred at St. Paul’s School, where he allegedly caused a disturbance in the dining hall, though he has no known ties to the institution.
The Concord Police Department confirmed the details of the incident, stating that Allman was acting belligerently at the school and was released without bail shortly after his arrest.
This troubling string of incidents has drawn attention to Allman’s mental health and substance abuse challenges. In December 2023, Cher filed for a conservatorship over her son, citing his inability to manage financial resources due to severe issues. Although she withdrew her case at the end of 2024, the recent arrests raise ongoing concerns about his well-being.
As this story develops, the public is left wondering what the future holds for Allman and how it may impact Cher, who has been vocally supportive of her son amidst these challenges. Stay tuned for more updates on this escalating situation.
