Darsey Waters, of Atlanta, tattoos Angel Cuevas at the 23rd annual Star of Texas Tattoo Art Revival at the Palmer Events Center in Austin on Friday, Jan. 30, 2026. The convention features about 350 tattoo artists from around the United States and beyond, with about 5,000 people expected to attend the event, which continues through Sunday.

Tattoo enthusiasts in Austin have a unique opportunity to combine two significant occasions this February: Friday the 13th and Valentine’s Day. Numerous local tattoo shops are rolling out special offers on February 13, 2026, showcasing themed designs that celebrate both events. Many artists will present “flash sheets,” which feature a selection of pre-drawn tattoos available at fixed prices, ideal for those looking to commemorate the day in ink.

Among the participating shops, **512 Tattoo** is offering $100 flash tattoos on arms and legs, available in both color and black and gray. The tattoos are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Located at **13233 Pond Springs Rd**, the shop will be open from noon to 8 p.m.

**All Saints Tattoo** is upping the ante with an impressive selection of **644 exclusive flash designs**. The pricing is set at **$31** for black tattoos, **$40** for black with one color, and **$50** for black with two colors. Customers can opt for up to three tattoos at a time, all of which must be on the arms or legs. Additionally, the shop provides a $31 piercing special, although the cost of jewelry is extra. Both locations—**8303 Burnet Road, Suite 2** and **1706 East 6th Street**—will be open from 10 a.m. to 1 a.m.

**Austin Tattoo Co.** is hosting a **13-hour party** on February 13, featuring discounted prices. Small black tattoos are priced at **$40**, while small color tattoos are **$60**. Large black tattoos will cost **$120**, and large color tattoos are priced at **$150**. To qualify for the discounts, all tattoos must include the number 13 and be placed on the arms or legs. Appointments are encouraged, and the shop will accept walk-ins based on demand. Their two locations at **5241 N Lamar Blvd** and **8556 Research Blvd, Suite B** will be open from 11 a.m. to midnight.

Shops across Austin are embracing the Valentine’s theme as well. **Electric Avenue Tattoo** offers a selection of Valentine’s Day-themed designs with prices starting at **$70**, while **True Blue Tattoo** will have tattoos ranging from **$60 to $80** and piercings at a **13 percent** discount.

For those looking for a festive atmosphere, **Gully Cat Tattoo** is hosting a **24-hour event**, featuring cash-only tattoo specials starting at **$20**. Live music will enhance the experience from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m., with various vendors on-site and free beer available. The event will run from **12 p.m. on February 13 to 12 p.m. on February 14** at **2006 South First St**.

**Hotel Van Zandt** will also be part of the celebration, offering a unique experience with its “Tattoos, Tarot, and Tequila” event. Customers can receive complimentary tattoos from artist **Miles Medina**, along with tarot readings and $5 margarita specials, from **4 p.m. to 8 p.m.**

With a plethora of options and vibrant themes, Austin’s tattoo shops are set to provide an unforgettable experience for both Friday the 13th and Valentine’s Day. Whether seeking something traditional or uniquely creative, tattoo lovers have ample opportunities to get inked this month.
