$10M Home Sale Tops Monmouth County’s Luxury Real Estate List

BREAKING: A stunning residential property in Ocean has sold for a jaw-dropping $10 million, leading the pack in Monmouth County’s high-end real estate market for the week of Sept. 22-28. This week, a total of 173 residential sales were recorded in the county, with an average sale price of $951,944 and an impressive average of $401 per square foot.

The standout sale at 1610 State Highway 35 was finalized on Sept. 2. This luxurious home, built in 1980, marks a significant milestone in the county’s real estate landscape, capturing attention as buyers continue to invest heavily in high-value properties.

Following closely behind, the second most expensive sale was a single-family residence located at 798 Us Highway 9 in Freehold, which went for $5.9 million. This property showcases the growing demand for luxury homes in the region.

Other notable sales included:
$4.8 million for a home at 1048 Stratton Place in Long Branch, finalized on Aug. 28.
$3.1 million for a property at 502 Chicago Blvd. in Sea Girt, finalized on Aug. 29.
– A sale of $2.7 million at 60 River Ave. in Monmouth Beach, finalized on Sept. 2.
