In court documents submitted on December 4, 2023, Alexa denied all allegations made in Brennon’s petition and is seeking a larger portion of their shared estate.
Brennon filed for divorce on November 5, 2023, citing the marriage’s breakdown due to “discord or conflict of personalities” that he claims has made reconciliation impossible. The couple, who married on June 30, 2021, during the filming of the show’s third season, shares a daughter named Vienna, born in July 2024.
In her response, Alexa is requesting that the court not only divide their estate but also award her a disproportionate share. She argues that her claim is justified due to Brennon’s alleged “fault in the breakup,” the need for future support, claims of mismanagement of community assets, and the necessity of covering her attorney fees. Furthermore, she is seeking formal confirmation that her separate property remains solely hers.
A source close to the situation indicated to Us Weekly that Alexa earns more than Brennon and is keen to protect her financial interests. As the divorce proceedings unfold, both parties are expected to negotiate custody and child support arrangements. Should they fail to reach an agreement, Brennon has requested that the court intervene to establish a suitable schedule.
In an emotional announcement shared via Instagram on December 3, 2023, Alexa revealed the couple’s decision to separate. She expressed that the choice to end their marriage was not made lightly, emphasizing the respect and care she has for Brennon and the experiences they shared.
