Stellantis Partners with 4screen to Revolutionize In-Car Services

Stellantis has announced a partnership with 4screen, a leader in driver interaction technology, to enhance in-car services with real-time, location-based content. This collaboration aims to provide a more convenient and intuitive driving experience for customers across North America and Europe.

The integration of the 4screen platform into select Stellantis vehicles, including models from FIAT, Jeep, and Ram, will allow drivers to access essential services directly from their vehicle’s infotainment system. This service is available in vehicles equipped with Uconnect 4 and Uconnect 5 systems. The rollout has already begun, with further expansion expected across various brands and markets.

Enhancing the Driving Experience

The partnership introduces a range of features designed to improve the convenience of driving. Customers can explore nearby locations such as restaurants, convenience stores, gas stations, charging points, and Stellantis dealerships without distraction. The 4screen platform tailors results based on the driver’s location and preferences, ensuring that only the most relevant points of interest (POIs) are displayed during each journey.

The service prioritizes driver safety, presenting information in a non-intrusive manner. Users can filter content to reflect their specific needs, allowing for a more personalized experience. Information such as opening hours, contact details, and available amenities will be readily accessible, along with in-car special offers that can be redeemed conveniently while on the move.

Safe and Integrated Technology

Unlike many third-party applications, the 4screen service seamlessly integrates into the vehicle’s native infotainment interface. This design philosophy ensures that drivers receive valuable content without compromising their attention on the road.

Cristiani Campos, Senior Vice President of the Software Business Unit at Stellantis, emphasized the importance of delivering connected technology that offers real value to customers. “Partnering with 4screen helps us provide drivers with relevant, helpful content on their terms, when and where they need it,” Campos stated.

Fabian Beste, CEO and Co-Founder of 4screen, echoed this sentiment, describing the platform as a “smart mobility companion” that significantly enhances the in-car experience across multiple brands and regions.

Stellantis customers are beginning to notice these enhancements as the service is rolled out through over-the-air updates. This innovation marks a significant step forward in transforming how drivers interact with their vehicles and the world around them.
