The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office confirmed the arrest of Dominic Frye for DUI Manslaughter and Driving Under the Influence with Property Damage or Personal Injury.
The fatal collision occurred at approximately 5:14 p.m. on December 26, 2025. According to investigators, Frye ran a stop sign while traveling on 30th Street Northeast, colliding with the passenger side of a sedan carrying a mother and her daughter.
