Another appealing option is a detached house at 200 W. Buckshutem Road, which was sold for $115,000 on the same day. Constructed in 1938, this home sits on a 0.3-acre lot, making it a desirable choice for first-time buyers.

For those seeking even more affordability, a property at 2530 Bacon Street fetched just $80,000. This charming residence, built in 1880, includes a substantial 15,516-square-foot lot, with the sale completed on October 28.

In a remarkable find, a house at 1190 Kay Place sold for an astonishing $36,000, or just $23 per square foot. Built in 1967, it offers 1,596 square feet of living space on a 0.3-acre lot, with the deal finalized on October 27.

Another recent sale includes a residence at 112 Cottage Street, which changed hands for only $34,000. This home, constructed in 2008, features 1,594 square feet and sits on a 7,018-square-foot lot, also finalizing on October 27.

Lastly, a property at 5692 Robbins Ave. was sold for just $20,000. Built in 1989, this home provides 960 square feet of living space on a generous 2.0-acre lot, with the sale closing on October 23.
