UPDATE: The countdown is on for the highly anticipated Stride and Thrive 5/10K and Wellness Fest, set to take place on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at 7:30 a.m. in Blue Bell! Hosted by the Blue Bell Rotary Club, Montgomery County Community College (MCCC), and Whitpain Township Parks & Recreation, this event promises a morning packed with health, fitness, and family fun.
Prepare to lace up your sneakers and join the community for a vibrant celebration of wellness. The festivities kick off with the 5K and 10K races at 7:30 a.m., followed by a 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk at 8:30 a.m.. Runners and walkers of all skill levels are invited to experience a scenic route that winds through the picturesque surroundings, culminating at MCCC’s Health Sciences Center located at 340 DeKalb Pike, Blue Bell.
The free Wellness Fest runs from 9 a.m. to noon, offering a wealth of activities and information for all ages. With no registration needed, attendees can drop in at their convenience to explore various health and wellness offerings. From art therapy to yoga, and even free COVID-19 and flu vaccines provided by Skippack Pharmacy, the event is designed to promote health and well-being throughout the community.
