10. $3 million – A single-family home at 19 Caroline Lane in Ocean City sold for $3,000,000. Built in 1992, this residence spans 3,175 square feet with a price per square foot of $945. The sale was completed on September 26.
9. $3.1 million – The property at 108 27th Street in Avalon fetched $3,050,000. This home, built in 1988, offers 2,241 square feet of living space, equating to $1,361 per square foot. It was finalized on August 6.
8. $3.1 million – A condominium at 8211 Sounds Ave. in Sea Isle City was sold for $3,100,000. Constructed in 2007, the condo includes 2,500 square feet and sold for $1,240 per square foot. The deal closed on July 31.
7. $3.2 million – The detached house at 520 21st Street in Avalon sold for $3,245,000. This home, built in 1920, has 1,804 square feet of space, priced at $1,799 per square foot. The sale was completed on October 1.
6. $3.5 million – A single-family residence at 270 19th Street in Avalon sold for $3,500,000. Built in 2003, it features 3,355 square feet, with a price per square foot of $1,043. The sale was finalized on August 6.
