UPDATE: Glenn Milan George, aged 89, of Nashua, has passed away on October 16, 2025, at the Chautauqua Guest Home in Charles City. This sad news comes as the community prepares to honor his life with a service scheduled for 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, October 21, 2025.
The funeral service will take place at St. John Lutheran Church in Nashua, led by Pastor Todd Burrichter. Family and friends are invited to greet the family from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. prior to the service, providing a moment for loved ones to come together during this difficult time.
Following the service, attendees are welcome to join for lunch at the church, fostering a sense of community and support. Interment will occur at Riverside Cemetery in Charles City, where Glenn will be laid to rest.
Pallbearers for the service include Jeff Otto, Clark McGregor, Scott McGregor, Adam Barlow, Matt Goddard, Bruce Goddard, Bruce Bickert, Glen Carey, and Bruce Bruns, ensuring his memory is honored by those closest to him.
