The New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office has confirmed that Marco Junior Marquez Vera, 20, was apprehended in Madrid, Spain, while Jeffrey Li, 18, was arrested in Queens, NY. Both face serious second-degree murder charges linked to Lin’s death on May 19, 2023.
According to authorities, the suspects traveled with Ayaan Nisaar, also 18, with intentions to commit a burglary.
