The scoring began with a goal from Ashley Pitz at 16:45 in the second quarter, marking the Cougars’ first breakthrough of the match. Just before halftime, Ashleigh Steele extended the lead to two goals with an unassisted strike at 29:17.
As the game progressed into the third quarter, Abigail O’Donnell found the back of the net to make it 3-0. The final goal came in the fourth quarter from Madison Blauch, who scored with an assist from Emily Ervin, capping off a dominant performance.
