URGENT UPDATE: Douglas Elliman has just announced the complete sales team for The Delmore, an ultra-luxury condominium project in Surfside, Florida. This 12-story mid-rise is set to redefine luxury with homes starting at $15 million and averaging $40 million.
Leading the on-site sales efforts is Tara West, the director of sales, alongside seasoned agents Erik Schneider and Farid Moussallem. Notably, brothers Ryan and Max Farbstein have been appointed as “official ambassadors” tasked with attracting high-net-worth buyers globally.
“This team combines market insight and international reach with a commitment to integrity,” stated Jeffery Rossely, senior vice president of development for DAMAC International, the developer based in Dubai. “We are excited to have them represent The Delmore, which is an unparalleled offering for Miami and the U.S. market.”
The Delmore features just 37 full- and half-floor “mansions in the sky”, making it the most expensive new-build condominium on the market in Miami-Dade. The site at 8777 Collins Ave has recently received its foundation permit, allowing construction to move forward. Deep-soil mixing has been ongoing for several months to solidify the site’s perimeter, with over one-third of this work now complete.
Vertical construction is slated to commence in the third quarter of 2026, with an anticipated completion date set for 2029. Rossely emphasized that “timing and follow-through matter greatly in today’s market,” highlighting The Delmore’s commitment to delivering results rather than mere promises.
As this luxury project unfolds, it signals a significant development in the high-end real estate market, drawing attention from affluent buyers both domestically and internationally. The urgency surrounding The Delmore’s offerings and its luxury appeal make it a focal point for investors and real estate enthusiasts alike.
Stay tuned for more updates as The Delmore continues to rise, marking a new era of luxury living in Surfside.
