A 28-year-old man from Bangor was arrested early on March 6, 2024, following reports of a woman yelling for help. The Bangor Police Department responded to a call at approximately 05:15 a.m. and arrived at a residence where they allegedly witnessed Jesse Ramsdell assaulting the victim.
