Earlier in his career, he served as senior counsel for the Los Angeles Dodgers, managing the club’s legal affairs.
A Commitment to Ethical Excellence
In his new role at BD&J, Viselman aims to enhance the firm’s reputation for excellence while ensuring adherence to ethical practices. “Ross brings a rare combination of legal expertise and principled leadership,” stated Sean Banafsheh, founding partner of BD&J. “His perspective will help us continue to build a firm that not only delivers exceptional results for our clients but also sets a high bar for professionalism, innovation, and integrity.”
Viselman expressed his enthusiasm for the position, highlighting BD&J’s commitment to ethical practice. “Throughout my career, I’ve been driven by a commitment to doing what’s right for clients, for colleagues, and for the integrity of the profession,” he said. “BD&J’s reputation for excellence and its genuine dedication to ethical practice make this an ideal place to contribute to that experience. I’m excited to help guide the firm as it continues to grow with purpose and integrity.”
Viselman earned his Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School, equipping him with a solid foundation to navigate the complexities of legal compliance and ethics in the dynamic landscape of personal injury law.
BD&J’s decision to appoint Viselman underscores its proactive approach to leadership and its ongoing growth as one of California’s leading personal injury firms. The firm is well-positioned to leverage Viselman’s extensive background in legal ethics to further enhance its services and uphold the trust of its clients.
