Growing up in Guerrero, she was immersed in the region’s rich flavors, seafood, and tropical ingredients. Her father’s roots from Sinaloa further expanded her culinary exposure, introducing her to traditional dishes such as aguachile, chilorio, and machaca. These personal experiences will play a key role in shaping the restaurant’s menu, which will feature seasonal ingredients sourced from local farmers and purveyors.
A Culinary Bridge Between Cultures

One area represents Laura’s sister, Maria, with bright pink accents, while the other pays homage to her mother, Isabel, featuring earthy tones and natural textures.
