Jacqueline Marjorie Glass, a prominent philanthropist and beloved family matriarch, passed away peacefully on August 17, 2025, at the age of 94. Surrounded by her family and under the compassionate care of Providence TrinityCare Hospice, she leaves behind a legacy of love and community service.
Born in Brooklyn, New York, Jacky, as she was affectionately known, dedicated her life to her family and the betterment of her community. She and her late husband, Jerry Glass, devoted over 30 years to raising awareness and support for hospice care, particularly through the TrinityCare Foundation. Together, they made significant contributions that positively impacted many lives.
Jacky’s passion for life was reflected in her love of music, travel, and sports, especially tennis. She created a home filled with warmth, laughter, and love, nurturing lasting memories for her family. She is survived by her five children, five grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren, who will carry forward her spirit and values.
Celebration of Life and Legacy
A Celebration of Life will take place on November 1, 2025, at 1 PM at Saint Peter’s by the Sea Presbyterian Church in Rancho Palos Verdes. Following the service, a reception will be held for family and friends to honor Jacky’s remarkable life and contributions.
