Italian jewelry brand Lil Milan has unveiled a new line of exquisite covers designed to enhance the Oura Ring 4, a popular smart ring known for its health-monitoring capabilities. Founded by designer Veronica Varetta, the brand’s latest product features lab-grown diamond-encrusted designs that transform these technological devices into luxury statement pieces. The launch is set for Wednesday at the brand’s flagship store in Milan, with global shipping available through its e-commerce platform.
The inspiration behind this innovative accessory stems from Varetta’s personal experience. After first wearing a smart ring in June, she recognized a gap in the market for stylish wearable technology. “It was incredibly useful, but it wasn’t a jewel that reflected my style,” she stated. Varetta observed that individuals committed to their health often also prioritize aesthetics, leading her to create a product that combines functionality with elegance.
The new covers, known as the Lil Cover ring, are crafted from either 18-karat gold or 925 sterling silver, adorned with lab-grown diamonds. Three distinct designs are available: the Pavé, which features hand-set diamonds covering the entire surface; the Letter, allowing for personalization with diamond-encrusted initials; and the Marquise, showcasing a single marquise-cut diamond in the center. Prices range from €300 for the Letter style in silver to €1,900 for the Pavé design in gold.

This launch marks Lil Milan’s first foray into integrating technology with jewelry, aligning with the brand’s mission to modernize traditional goldsmith craftsmanship since its inception in 2014.
