The exterior of Sofia features cladding made from spruce, engineered wood, or timber treated using the traditional Japanese Shou Sugi Ban method, which involves charring to enhance durability and protection. Inside, the home is finished with spruce or plywood siding and laminate flooring, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
