1. Rotate the Satellite Dishes at the Church:
Head northwest of the Data Vault to a ruined church. Climb the boxes and scaffolding to access the roof and rotate the satellite dish to fulfill this objective.
2. Nail Down Roof Plates at Trapper’s Glade:
At Trapper’s Glade, navigate to a dilapidated building in the western forest. Ascend to the roof via an eastern box and interact with the metal sheets between two traffic cones.
3. Enable the Comms Terminal near Olive Grove:
