10. $480K: A charming single-family home at 761 Rahway Ave. sold for $480,000. Built in 1926, it features a living space of 1,360 square feet with a price per square foot of $353. The deal was finalized on October 7.

9. $495K: A detached residence at 765 Cleveland Ave. #767 changed hands for $495,000. This 1,586-square-foot home, built in 1927, had a price per square foot of $312, with the transaction completed on October 15.

8. $550K: Located at 178-180 Third Street, this single-family house sold for $550,000. The transaction was finalized on October 10.

7. $550K: The home at 423 Cherry Street in Roselle Park sold for $550,000. Built in 1925, it offers 1,668 square feet of living space with a price per square foot of $330. The deal was finalized on October 14.

6. $560K: Another standout sale was at 115 Hollywood Ave. in Hillside, where a single-family home sold for $560,000. Built in 1944, it has 1,210 square feet and a price per square foot of $463, with the sale closing on October 14.

5. $565K: The property at 154 W. Clay Ave. in Roselle Park fetched $565,000. This home, built in 1938, spans 1,846 square feet and sold for $306 per square foot. The transaction was completed on October 2.

4. $575K: A single-family home at 608 Faitoute Ave. in Roselle Park sold for $575,000. Built in 1958, it offers 1,814 square feet with a price per square foot of $317, finalized on October 7.

3. $610K: The 1,106-square-foot residence at 22 Atlantic Street in Elizabeth sold for $610,000, achieving a price per square foot of $552. The deal was completed on October 16.

2. $690K: A detached house at 1296 Bright Street in Hillside sold for $690,000. This 1,496-square-foot home, built in 1924, had a price per square foot of $461, finalized on October 15.
