Shaping the Future of Global Logistics

Currently valued at $27.8 billion, it is projected to expand to $39.2 billion over the next five years, reflecting a compound annual growth rate of 7.1%. Li reiterated JCtrans’s commitment to supporting global freight forwarding companies in achieving sustainable profitability and fostering a trustworthy international logistics trading platform.
The event included insightful presentations from JCtrans executives, including Crystal Zheng, Zuocai Wei, Yorick Zhu, and Alice Zhang. Additionally, its AI-powered inquiry system facilitates more than 2.2 million business matches annually, enhancing member visibility and lead conversion.
Innovative Solutions and Networking Opportunities
Zheng also highlighted improvements in JCtrans’s risk management system, which helped members avoid over 2,200 potential risks and recover approximately $185 million in claims within the past year. The introduction of tools like real-time Risk Alerts and Credit Assurance Orders aims to ensure safer cross-border transactions.
To address payment challenges in the freight forwarding industry, JCtrans launched JC Pay, a settlement solution that enables real-time transactions without fees. Zhu stated that JC Pay has facilitated over $400 million in annual settlements, significantly reducing banking costs for members. Plans for the upcoming JC Verified service, which will certify business capabilities to enhance trust and collaboration, were also announced.
The conference featured numerous one-on-one business meetings, allowing participants to establish initial cooperation agreements. These face-to-face interactions proved instrumental in laying the groundwork for future business expansions. JCtrans’s intelligent matching system greatly improved the efficiency and success rates of these meetings.
Networking events, including a welcome cocktail reception and a gala dinner, allowed attendees to forge valuable connections. Such gatherings not only celebrated partnerships but also fostered trust, paving the way for deeper long-term cooperation among global participants.
The success of the JCtrans Dubai Conference highlights the organization’s leadership within the global logistics sector.
