UPDATE: In a significant leadership shift, Thomas Nolan was sworn in as the new Deputy Chief of the Montgomery County Detective Bureau on September 18, 2025. Since joining the Detective Bureau on August 12, 2024, he has already made significant strides, notably by establishing the new Threat Assessment Management Unit (TAMU).
