Woman Found Dead in Parked Car in NW Portland Shooting

URGENT UPDATE: A woman was found dead in a parked car in Northwest Portland on September 30, 2023, in what police describe as an apparent shooting. The discovery was made shortly after 5:00 PM when officers were called for a welfare check on the individual.
