Della C. Davies, aged 73, passed away peacefully at her home in Wilkes-Barre on October 20, 2025. Surrounded by her loving family, she leaves behind a legacy marked by her devotion to her family and community.
Born to the late Elmer Duke Jones and Florence Urban Jones, Della was the cherished wife of the late David Davies. The couple shared 44 years of marriage before David’s passing on September 25, 2018. Della is survived by her six children: Jennifer Sperrazza, David Davies, Rhian Davies, Jonathan Davies, Sean Davies, and Tara Moraski, along with their spouses. She is also remembered by her grandchildren, siblings, and numerous nieces and nephews.
The community is invited to pay their respects during viewings scheduled for Sunday, October 22, from 15:00 to 18:00, and Monday, October 23, from 09:00 to 10:00 at the Wroblewski Funeral Home, Inc., located at 1442 Wyoming Avenue in Forty Fort. Della’s funeral service will begin at 10:00 AM on Monday, followed by burial at the Memorial Shrine Cemetery in Wyoming.
