Chicago restaurants Big Star, Publican, Avec and more shutting down all delivery and carryout, effective tonight

Chicago News

Restaurants across Chicago and the suburbs have pivoted to takeout and delivery to keep at least some revenue coming in during the shutdown of dining rooms mandated by Gov. J.B. Pritzker, which started at the end of business March 16. Although hundreds remain open for pickup and delivery, others have dropped the services, including Woodwind, Wildfire and Harbor.
