Green Goo by Spry Life Relaunches with Family Leadership

Sierra Sage Herbs Founders -- Jodi Scott, Jennifer Scott, Kathy Scott

Green Goo by Spry Life has officially reclaimed its brand and announced a relaunch under its original family leadership, just in time for the holiday season. The company, known for its plant-based first aid and body care products, made this announcement on October 27, 2025, from its base in Lyons, Colorado.

Founded by a mother, daughter, and sister team, Green Goo developed a dedicated following for its clean and effective healing salves, all crafted from natural ingredients and traditional herbal wisdom. After selling the brand several years ago to facilitate global expansion, the new owners encountered significant legal and financial hurdles, jeopardizing the future of the beloved brand.

“We were so excited to grow Green Goo and finally compete with some of the larger, chemical-laden brands,” said Jodi Scott, CEO and Co-Founder. “But life had different plans. I had less than 24 hours to terminate my entire legacy team, including my mom and sister. It was one of the hardest days of my life.”

Determined to restore their commitment to sustainability, transparency, and plant-powered healing, the family decided to buy back Green Goo. “We started Green Goo with the belief that plants can heal, protect, and restore better than anything made in a lab,” Scott continued. “Buying Green Goo back was our way of protecting not just our products, but our purpose. We knew our mission wasn’t over.”

The past six months have seen the Green Goo team returning to the original formulas, processes, and ingredients that established the brand as a trusted name among families and wellness enthusiasts. Each product is once again handcrafted in small batches, ensuring the quality and potency that have defined Green Goo since its inception.

The relaunch features popular items such as Skin Repair, Pain Relief, Dry Skin, and First Aid. In addition, the company is enhancing its focus on education, community engagement, and environmental responsibility. Scott emphasizes that this relaunch is more than just a comeback. “It’s a reminder that integrity and authenticity still matter in business. We’re here to prove that doing good and doing business can go hand in hand, and we’re just getting started.”

As the holiday season approaches, Green Goo aims to celebrate its return to family ownership by offering wellness gifts that promote healing and well-being. The company’s products, including the Skin Repair Salve and travel-sized First Aid tins, serve as thoughtful stocking stuffers that benefit both consumers and the planet.
